Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ThirdClip, you agree to these terms. ThirdClip is operated by Third Team Ventures. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

ThirdClip processes uploaded video files and generates short-form clips. You retain ownership of your source videos and generated clips. We do not claim rights to your content.

3. Accounts and billing

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Existing runs and downloads remain accessible after cancellation.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or use the service to produce harmful, illegal, or misleading material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Liability

ThirdClip is provided as-is. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uptime or that generated clips will meet specific quality expectations. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
